nana and jidoo

i miss my grandpa joe and grandma mary. i miss their house which is amazingly frozen in time. (in 1978 to be exact.) even though i sometimes grudgingly did it, i miss taking my grandma to the local publix for free coffee and a tour of what meats were on sale. i miss listening to my grandpa's stories of kings and presidents bowing at his feet and a subterranean museum in the house (it's a ranch. without a basement.) 

i feel like a trip to jacksonville, florida is in order.
