i have done a few cool things. i saw dj spooky at the detroit film theater performing "rebirth of a nation." check out djspooky.com.
i also went to "noise camp" at the contemporary art institute of detroit (caid) and it was awesome. there was lots of noise and dirt and people smashing watermelons.
i've been looking at apartments...i had looked at one about a month ago which i fell in love with, but i waited too long and now it's gone. bummer. but, i'm looking at one tomorrow that's in downtown royal oak in a seemingly cozy tree-lined neighborhood.
i was just checking my fave website, apartmenttherapy.com, and i saw this picture that made me chuckle.

we had this upstairs neighbor who was a man-whore (mhore as I called him) and every night we'd get to hear the show... not great at all.

hearing someone have sex is the sickest thing! tv, radio, next room, whatever...it's horrible!
